A clinical statistical observation was made on 177 cases: of premature infants and 92 cases of
low birth weight infants during January I, 1968 to July, 1973.
The results wereas follows;
1. Incidence of prematurity was 4.1% and low birth weight infants was 2.1%.
2. The sexual incidence was more higher in boys than in girls. (1.7 : 1)

We observed 46 cases of acute glomerulonephritis in children which were admitted to St. Benedict Hospital, Department of Pediatrics, during the period from July 1970 to July 1972. The results were as follows.

A 9-month-old girl developed purpura five days after the vaccination of the live attenuated measles virus vaccine (Lirugen).
